Narrative: Waypoint Contracting, Inc., was selected by the town of Bay Harbor Islands for the design build extension of their existing dog park. The extension of the dog park allows the division of the dog park portion between large and small dogs, as requested by the residents. The new dog park extended to the area of the existing parking lot which was under use during construction. In addition, the Town requested update on some of the features of the current people’s park like the outdoor exercising equipment.
